Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs will never be returned – unless items arrive damaged or defective. Please include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase when returning an item.
