This document sets out the Shipping & Delivery Policy that applies to customers who make a purchase at www.blotterartcollectables.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
We offer a standard shipping option – the cost depends on two factors: the destination country and total weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout once the destination address is filled in.
We ship with PostNL.
All web shop orders are shipped from our studio in the Netherlands and take 1-3 business days to process. This is the time it takes to prepare, package and put it in the mail.
All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our studio on the next Monday or on the next business day.
Please bear in mind that this is only an indication on the transit days. Actual delivery time might take longer or could be faster. During certain peak periods with high volume shipments, delivery times may be longer.
North America: 3-10 business days
Europe: 2-8 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-10 business days
Asia Pacific: 3-15 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-15 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 3-15 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-15 business days
Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address or name once we have shipped your order. Any changes can lead to delays in shipping. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate and have no control over any import duties and taxes or over any delays due to customs.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
