in the Netherlands, it is possible to pay with iDEAL. Our Belgium customers can pay with Bancontact.
All our items are shipped from Amsterdam.
Shipping costs vary according to shipping address and are calculated at the check out.
Delivery times depends on shipping location, you will receive an email with tracking information.
As an estimate: delivery time for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is 1-2 business days. European orders within 2-6 business days. For all other countries transit times can vary from 8-16 business days.

Yes, we do accept returns.
Please contact us if you wish to return any item that was purchased from us, or if there are any issues with your order.
If you wish to return the goods purchased from blotter art collectables, you must tell us about it within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us.
If the goods are eligible for a return, we will send you a return label and a return reference number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns. Please read our full return policy here.
We do accept custom orders. However, to keep prices to a minimum there are minimum amount requirements.

We are a webshop and so have no brick and mortar shop. Visits to our warehouse are not possible.
